David T. Bradley

David T. Bradley, PT, MPT became interested in physical therapy as a young athlete. He was a member of his high school's varsity football and track teams where recovery after injuries deepened his curiosity of physical rehabilitation. Upon pursuing a physical therapy career, he received a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1992.   Over the past 25 years, David has established strong affiliations in the athletic community, providing physical therapy services to high school, intercollegiate, professional and Olympic athletes.  David specializes in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, with emphasis in Manual Therapy. He has a special interest in working with shoulder and lower extremity dysfunctions.  In past years, he has taken numerous continuing education courses including a one-year course, which emphasized the Maitland Approach to Manual Therapy and continues to participate in various continuing education courses related to orthopedic, sports therapy and neuromuscular re-education.  When he is not working, David enjoys hiking and watching hockey.

Kathy Bradley

Kathy Bradley, PT, DPT has a love for learning and helping people return to the activities that they enjoy.  She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has over a two decades of experience working with all types of injuries.  She recieved her Master of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1994 and advanced her education in 2010 receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  In addition to her education in physical therapy, Kathy received comprehensive Pilates training and is certified in both Aline Conditioning Technique (2001) and Polestar Education, Practitioner of Pilates Rehabilitation in (2003). She has completed numerous continuing education courses over the past 25 years including a year-long, Maitland based, manual therapy course and numerous other seminars including, but not limited to the treatment of the shoulder, knee, spine and sacroiliac joint. Additionally, she holds certifications in level 1 & 2 SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment).   Her special interest is in sports medicine and spinal rehabilitation using a combination of hands-on-treatment, neuromuscular re-education and Pilates rehabilitation.   In her free time, Kathy enjoys hiking, trail running, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Talia Dominello

Talia Dominello, PT, DPT graduated with a BS in Biology in 2010 from California State University Channel Islands and then she initially began a career as a marine biologist. She became interested in physical therapy after she sustained a knee injury. The desire to help others learn to recover and improve the quality of their life was the impetus for her to—almost literally—jump ship and pursue a career in physical therapy. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from California State University Long Beach with honors. Talia received Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Basi Systems.  She has taken part in baseline concussion testing for youth sport teams, research for thoracic-specific musculature exercises, and has a variety of experience treating the orthopedic, neurologic, and pediatric populations. Talia is interested in the treatment of balance dysfunctions, overuse injuries, and prevention of injuries. In her free time, Talia enjoys Pilates, TRX, hiking, farmers markets, and walking her rescue dog.

Kevin Taylor

Kevin Taylor, PT, MPT, OCS received his Master of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1991. Kevin specializes in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. He is a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Kevin has worked with athletes of all levels throughout his career, including holding the position of Director of Rehabilitation for a professional sports team for the last seven years. He has a special interest in manual therapy and sports medicine. Kevin has completed numerous continuing education courses over his career, including the Miatland and Mulligan approaches to treatment. Kevin enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Allyson Andreini

Allyson Andreini, PT, DPT graduated with a BS in Exercise Physiology in 2015 from University of Miami, FL where she was also a student-athlete playing college soccer. She then attended Loyola Marymount University where she received a Master’s in Educational Studies in 2017 and completed her last year as a student-athlete. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University - Long Beach in 2020. Allyson has a specialized certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM) and Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment Level I Herman and Wallace. In addition, she is a Level I Credentialed Clinical Instructor and has been passionate in helping physical therapy students grow in the profession. She has a special interest in manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, sports therapy and treating spinal conditions. In her free time, Allyson enjoys traveling, running, beach/water activities and biking along the coast.
